Tickled Pink #24 at La Di Da - May 16 Three of the Pink ladies are away this May but this does not mean the party will stop. Instead we are putting a sensational spin on the night, as we hand over the reins to our resident lady, Nugget, who will play alongside guests, both old and new. This month we are ecstatic to be able to bring back two of TP's favourite 'Flavours', Katie Drover and Max Koenig. Both have played Pink parties in the past and have wooed our crowds so we can't wait to have them back. In addition we've sourced two virgin 'Flavours', gracing the TP decks for the very first time, Effin See & Jason Prasad. Effin See has been playing in clubs in Melbourne for just over a year, with his first set at a beach party in Elwood. In this short time he has stocked up a plethora of appearances, such as aLive at CARNI, Darkbeat, Earthcore, SmashBang and Tilt. He has supported techno master, Kevin Saunderson and makes frequent appearances at PLUSH presents Intermission. His melodic minimal sound combined with techno influences suits the TP sound perfectly! Next up, Jason Prasad. Jason made his DJ debut in Jan this year, but has already played alongside international heavyweights DJ Three, Tayo, Koma & Bones and Melbourne legend, Phil K. When you see Jason play, you won't believe he has only five months of Dj'ing up his sleeve. With smooth mixing skills and a diverse range of music you'll soon realise that he truly is a natural on the decks. So don't be shy now, come and show these TP newbies how to party in true TP style!
